Enrollment is simple and easy at The Little Peoples Workplace. Call us today and schedule a tour and begin your registration process.
Students will need:
Emergency contact information, including health care provider contact information.
Completed Health Inventory form, to be completed by both the parent and health care provider.
Immunization records or a signed State of Maryland Exemption Certificate are required for personal, religious, or medical exemptions to school immunization requirements.
Parents will receive additional forms to be completed and returned as soon as possible.
There will be a non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 and 1-week advanced tuition to be paid at the time of enrollment. (Extended Hours & Rates are applicable and will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly).
